I am wondering why the expression ‘Cardinal’ is used interchangably together with ‘Movable’. And why ‘Dual’ is another word for ‘Mutable’. Also, why is there not a second word for ‘Fixed?
‘Movable’ and ‘Mutable’ are very similar and this gets me confused sometimes.
Maybe there is a reason for them having two words. Or maybe these words mean different things but are used to mean one thing.
In my opinion, in case there is no reason to keep it this way, it would be better to decide on only using one word for one thing.
Cardinal, Fixed and Dual makes the most sense to me.
